Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Zavy Craft (“Company”) and its customers (“Customer”) engaging in the purchase of handmade resin art products and custom preservation services. By accessing the Company’s website or placing an order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Product Description and Orders:

a. The Company offers handmade resin products including, but not limited to, floral preservation, wedding preservation, resin trays, Quran boxes, Rehals, keychains, coasters, jewelry, keepsakes, home décor, and other customized resin items.

b. Product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and photographs are provided for reference only. Due to the handmade nature of resin art, slight variations in color, design, texture, placement of flowers, glitter, and finishing are natural and should not be considered defects.

c. Custom orders are created according to the Customer’s selected design and preferences. Once production has begun, modifications may not be possible.

d. The Company reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order if necessary.

Floral Preservation Policy:

a. Customers choosing to use flowers provided by the Company acknowledge that natural flowers vary in color, size, texture, and appearance.

b. Flowers shown in product photos or videos may have been supplied by previous clients and may differ from flowers currently available.

c. If Customers require an exact floral appearance, they are encouraged to provide their own flowers for preservation.

d. Since flowers are natural materials, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Dried Flower Material Policy:

a. The Company uses imported dried flowers, leaves, fillers, and decorative materials.

b. In the event that a particular flower or decorative element is unavailable, the Company reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of the same style, color theme, or quality.

c. Such substitutions shall not be considered defects or grounds for cancellation or refund.

Handmade Resin Variation Policy:

a. Every resin product is individually handcrafted.

b. Resin is a flow art medium, and no two pieces can ever be identical.

c. Minor differences in color shades, glitter movement, gold flakes, marble effects, bubble formation, flower placement, and finishing are normal characteristics of handmade resin artwork.

d. The Customer understands and accepts these artistic variations before placing an order.

Colors and Product Appearance:

a. Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, monitor settings, or mobile screen displays.

b. Resin pigments and decorative materials may also vary slightly between production batches.

c. These differences are considered normal and shall not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Pricing and Payment:

a. Product prices displayed on the Company’s website are subject to change without prior notice.

b. Orders will only be confirmed after the required payment or advance payment has been received.

c. Customized products may require full or partial advance payment before production begins.

d. The Company reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders.

Production Time:

a. Production time varies depending on the type of product, customization, and order volume.

b. Estimated completion times provided by the Company are approximate and may vary due to curing time, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

c. The Company shall not be held responsible for reasonable production delays.

Shipping and Delivery:

a. Orders are dispatched through trusted courier services.

b. Standard delivery usually requires approximately 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.

c. Customers requesting urgent delivery may choose an express shipping service by paying the applicable additional courier charges.

d. If the Customer declines express shipping, the Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

e. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses shall be borne by the Customer.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

a. Customers should inspect their parcel immediately upon delivery.

b. If the parcel arrives damaged, Customers should notify the Company as soon as possible and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged product.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds:

a. As each product is handmade and customized, returns, exchanges, or refunds are generally not accepted.

b. Returns or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives damaged during shipping or significantly differs from the approved design.

c. Minor handmade variations, color differences, natural flower variations, resin flow effects, or substitutions of decorative materials shall not qualify for returns or refunds.

d. Where possible, the Company may offer repair services instead of replacement or refund.

e. Customized and personalized products are non-refundable once production has started.

Intellectual Property:

a. All product designs, photographs, videos, logos, artwork, website content, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zavy Craft.

b. Customers may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use any Company designs without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability:

a. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of its products.

b. Customers are responsible for handling resin products with care. Damage caused by dropping, excessive heat, improper cleaning, misuse, or accidents is not covered under these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

a. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

b. Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation.

c. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan.

Amendments:

a. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

b. Continued use of the Company’s website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
